Valet Parking – Terms & Conditions

By handing over your vehicle and keys to the valet, you agree to the following terms:


  1. When giving your vehicle to the valet, you confirm that the car is in good working condition and that you are the owner or an authorized driver. You also agree to remove all personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle.

  2. The valet will take reasonable care when driving and parking your vehicle, and will keep your keys secured. However, the valet is not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle, pre-existing scratches or dents, mechanical or electrical failures, weak batteries, or issues related to the vehicle’s age or condition.

  3. The valet is responsible for damage only if it is proven to be caused by negligence. The valet is not responsible for damage caused by other vehicles, unknown third parties, environmental conditions (heat, dust, rain, falling objects), or incidents beyond their control.

  4. When retrieving your vehicle, you must request the ticket digitally using the system. You should inspect your vehicle immediately upon return. Any concerns must be reported on the spot before leaving the premises. Once the vehicle leaves the location, the valet cannot accept any liability for later claims.

  5. If the valet ticket is not requested, additional identity verification may be required, and delays may occur while confirming vehicle ownership.

  6. Liability is limited to repair costs only and does not include replacement of the vehicle or compensation for unrelated issues.

  7. These terms follow standard valet practices under UAE law.



Data Collection, Privacy & Marketing Use

By using the VIPark valet service and digital ticketing system (including QR codes, WhatsApp, SMS, or any other digital channel), you acknowledge and agree that VIPark may collect and process certain information about you and your visit. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Mobile phone number
  • Vehicle details and ticket number
  • Location, venue, and time of your visit
  • Service usage (check-in, car request, payment, rating, etc.)


VIPark uses this data for the following purposes:

  • Providing and operating the valet parking service
  • Verifying ticket ownership and vehicle handover
  • Communicating service-related notifications (such as car ready, payment, or support messages)
  • Improving service quality, safety, and user experience
  • Generating aggregated guest insights for our venue and hospitality partners


With your consent, VIPark may also use your contact details to send:

  • Promotional messages
  • Marketing campaigns
  • Special offers or discounts
  • Surveys and service announcements


You can opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by following the instructions in the message (for example, replying with “STOP” where applicable) or by contacting us through the website.


VIPark does not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared only with:

  • The venue or hotel where you are using the valet service
  • Service providers who help us operate the platform and communications, under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations


VIPark takes reasonable measures to protect your data and will retain it only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by applicable law.


By continuing to use the VIPark service, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms, including the data collection and usage provisions.


VIPark provides the digital platform and valet coordination system “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. VIPark is not responsible for service delays caused by technical failures, network issues, or external system dependencies.


These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
